Here’s how I do it:
- Cut the red cabbage thinly (I used about a 1/4 of a red cabbage
- Wash it well
- Put the cabbage in any jar
- Add 1/2 cup vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
- Add approx. a teaspoon each of sugar and salt
- Finally, fill the jar to the top with filtered water
I then use this on salads, I roast it with some other veg 🥦🍠 (my favorite way to use it), or on tacos!! 🌮
