About Plant Kitchen with Naturally Makayla:
Located in Kingston, ON, I specialize in cooking delicious and nutritious plant-based meals right in your kitchen, using the ingredients you already have. Whether you are a busy professional, a health-conscious family, or have specific dietary needs, I’m here to make plant-based eating a breeze.
What to Expect:
During my personalized cooking session(s), I’ll transform the ingredients in your fridge, freezer, and pantry into fresh, creative plant-based meals. You’ll receive a range of custom meals, tailored to accommodate any allergies or preferences, for you to enjoy throughout the week. The meals will be packed into your own reusable containers in your fridge. Plus, your kitchen will likely end up cleaner than you left it!
Rates:
$30/hour (minimum 3 hours per session)
Additional charges apply for travel to clients outside of Kingston or for any ingredients/grocery shopping required.

FAQ
What is plant-based?
- A dish or a way of eating that consists of only foods from plant origin, like vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. No animal products (like animal-based meat, milk, eggs, fish, etc.) are included.
Will you cook meals that are not plant-based?
- No, my focus is on 100% delicious plant-based foods.
Will you travel outside of Kingston for a cooking session?
- Yes, depending on the location. Please contact me at makayla@naturallymakayla.com with your request and I would be happy to discuss our options.
What if I don’t have a well-stocked kitchen?
- Not a problem! For an additional cost, I am happy to pick up some ingredients before the cooking session. If you would like to stock up your kitchen yourself, I would suggest getting a variety of your favourite vegetables and fruits (fresh or frozen), olive oil, vinegar, lemon, firm tofu, tempeh, a variety of canned beans or lentils, garlic, onion, and some basic spices.
Can I cook with you?
- I am more than happy to cook solo. However, if you would like to potentially learn some new dishes and techniques, you and/or your family are more than welcome to cook alongside me.
