Preheat your oven to 400f
Add the trimmed green beans to a large bowl. Toss them with 2 tbsp of the olive oil, the lemon juice, 1 tsp of the garlic powder, the paprika, and salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the remaining 1 tsp garlic powder, the dried parsley, and salt and pepper.
Add the coated beans to a small baking dish and spread them out evenly. Add the panko mixture evenly to the top. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the beans are tender and the topping is crispy and golden brown.
